Hubilo
Context.
Hubilo is a virtual and hybrid event platform. From October 2021 - January 2023 I was the managing UX/UI Designer and Lead Web Developer on the Growth Marketing team. In March of 2022 I was in charge of migrating our main marketing website hubilo.com from WordPress to Webflow. In 3 months time, we designed/developed and migrated over 120 web pages and created 20 custom CMS templates.

Research.
Although the virtual events space isn't necessarily "new", companies pivoting to 100% virtual events during the pandemic was! With the sudden need to solve this problem, there were quickly TONS of competitors that came to the market quick! After a few weeks of doing an in-depth competitive analysis, we found that where Hubilo shines brightest is with Customer Experience. Another thing that we found, was that a lot of our competitors websites were packed with confusing definitions and overall poor interlinking throughout their websites.
Style Guide.
Working with the creative team and a third party design agency, we nailed down a new style guide! Not only did we completely perform a site migration and re-design, but we also rebranded at the same time!
Wire-framing.
On to the fun part... designing! One thing that I focused on was giving the stakeholders a low-fidelity version of the designs so that they wouldn't get to hung up on the details at first. Below are a few screenshot examples of low-fi mockups that were shared with stakeholders.
